Character:White or light yellow powder, flavourless, easily soluble in water, insoluble in organic solvent like ethanol ; Its water solution is achromatic or light yellow and clear, high stability.
Applications: Highly stable when heating, instantly soluble in water, its water solution has a moderate PH value. Broad spectrum of antimicrobial, inhibit to E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus. Can be used as preservative in food industry, and additive for health food; it can also be used as bactericide for hygienic products and medical dressing.
