Applications :
(1). Water soluble chitosan keeps the natune of Chitosan. In medicine and healthcare field: chitosan is widely applied for its multi-function of improving immunity, activating cells, preventing cancer, decreasing blood fat and blood pressure, adjusting blood sugar, fighting against aging and adjusting organism environment .
(2). It holds excellent perfomance in film forming and bacterial inhibition, it's used in additive and preservation for fruits and vegetables.
(3). Water soluble chitosan is used for cosmetics.
